Draft document — to be reviewed by a legal professional before launch.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Beatrice Carlini, London, United Kingdom. For any question about your data, please get in touch via beatricecoaching@outlook.com.
What I collect
When you use the enquiry form I collect your name, email address, company (optional), country, service of interest and your message. I do not ask for special-category data; please don't include any.
Why, and on what legal basis
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange an introductory call or prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) UK GDPR / EU GDPR).
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a working relationship are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Service providers and transfers
Data is stored with hosting and database providers acting as processors. If you use the Calendly booking service, Calendly's own privacy policy also applies. Any transfer outside the UK or EEA relies on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the ICO (UK) or your local EU supervisory authority, such as the Garante in Italy.
